At “Just Like New” we “buy” baby clothing (preemie through size 8) and furniture. We give store credit for clothing purchases for items brought in.

When considering previously stored items for store credit, look over each item carefully for any stains/holes/etc… that may have developed during the storage process.

All clothing and furniture must be in “just like new” condition, as defined below.

• Clothing must be no older than three years.
• Clothing sizes preemie through kids 8 only.
• Clothing can have no pilling, missing buttons, broken zippers/snaps/buckles.
• All clothing items must be “matched up” in sets.
• All snaps, buttons, zippers, buckles must be done up.
• All clothing must be lying flat (not folded or wadded up) in a box, laundry basket, etc.

Appointment Guidelines

• Appointments are necessary for bringing items in. We need to ensure there is staff present to accept items
       and give each customer the attention they deserve.
• Limit of approximately 50 items per appointment.
• Each item will be approved at the discretion of the owner; again, we only accept “just like new” items –
       that is what our patrons expect to purchase.
• If an emergency arises we would greatly appreciate a 24 hour notice of cancellation, as we have other
       customers we could bring in during that time.  A new appointment will be scheduled at the discretion of the
       owner.

Exchange / Return Policy

• No Cash Refunds – All Sales are Final.
• If requesting an exchange of clothing or shoes for the correct size the tags must still be attached to
       the item.

Payment

• We accept cash and major credit / debit cards.
• Gift Certificates are available.
• Prices are non-negotiable; all items are sold “as is”.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to “Just Like New” within 15 days of purchase for a refund.

Conditions:
If we shipped an item you didn't order: We will refund your shipping costs and either send you correct item or refund you in full.

If for any other reason you wish to return the item: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in “JUST LIKE NEW” condition and in the original factory packaging. Products have a restocking fee of 35% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to “Just Like New” at the customers’ expense.

Products kept for over 15 days without a return request are considered final.

Again, “Just Like New” will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that we shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. “Just Like New” only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. “Just Like New” handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

Third Parties
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of “Just Like New”, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of “Just Like New” affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
